In addition, to keep the body fit, taking light exercise is still needed to balance life. Since many people consider during fasting, it is quite hard to maintain the rest time, have stretched in the morning is suggested to start a day. Besides that, people also can take a walk in the morning and get some fresh air. While walking, they can inhale the deep breath to make the organs work well. This simple tip is strongly advised by many experts to help people maintain health in very easy ways.
